WellFest is a chance to focus and reflect on mental health and how we can help ourselves and help each other in our local community, as well as have some fun.
The theme for 2022 was the power of curiosity.
Apart from making us enthusiastic and effective learners, curiosity
also helps us to develop our empathy and kindness, our understanding of others, our knowledge about the human brain and our appreciation and celebration of difference.
